Generally, it is good to do every three to six months depending on how often it’s used. We use and recommend Gilly's citrus based Chopping Board Oil. Put a tablespoon spoon or two of oil depending on the size of the board, then use a dry cloth or paper towel to wipe it over the board. Let it sit and soak into the wood for about 20 minutes.
